Yonkers’ tallest office building went up in 1931 on the site of the former Getty Square train station. Also designed by William Katz—a local architect who specialized in the Art Deco style— the building boasts the finest Art Deco interior in the city, its lobby and banking floor lavishly ornamented with a variety of marbles.
